The location is reasonably priced and best possible, and the area is pretty nice next to restaurants and pubs. It provides lovely restaurant nearby. The room is well-appointed, comes with good bath, shower and air con.

Great choice for trip. Possibly the best and pleasant overnight stay for the price. Highly professional staff, free wake up service and ironing. Bright standard queen room with good bath, shower and air con. Delightful and amazing meals.

Cheaper price in the airport area
Almost next to terminal 5. But it cost 6 GBP per ride on POD between the parking and terminal 5. As POD system is very attractive transportation method for visitor, traveler, it should be free in case of staying the hotel.

Leaving.
This hotel is best avoided. Staff cant be trusted with what they say. Will quote one price, then charge another far higher. This didnt happen once but on every occassion. Rooms. Food on room service., Taxi to Airport, Drinks, were all quoted at one price but charged out far higher. When conronted with this their comment was "Sorry, we cant do anything about that now." I would definately not advise anyone to use the services of this Hotel, or if you do, get everything in writing and dont expecd clean rooms or for them to be adequately serviced if staying more than one night.

The layout of the hotel means long walks if your room is at the end of the corridor!!! Taxi fares from Terminal 5 are exorbitantly high, and the confusion with shuttle bus timetables only adds frustration!!!

The location is excellent.the staff were very helpful towards my collegue who had difficulty getting up and down to the resteraunt. especailly one the waiters names "BAIG", also the reception staff who helped me enquire about a flight. I am down every 6 weeks on businss and this was the first time i had used this hotel, so i would certainly use on a regular basis.Kind regards, Gill Callaghan.

Because of where the hotel is I stayed in the hotel for an evening meal in the restaurant, but on a saturday night the restaurant was closed and i was told that they were only serving in the bar area (Not the ideal place) when my meal came the fries were only just warm the salad was all yellow and brown at the edges, and my burger was still raw in the middle. i did complaine and it was refunded but not what you expect from a hotel of this standard
